Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your WA400 washer. It isn't clear from the question whether the washer is, in fact, draining properly. Please verify the drain hose is not inserted too far into the drain pipe. If the drain hose is pushed in too far, it will create a syphoning effect, causing water to go back into the washer. It should be inserted no more than 6" into the drain pipe. I would also suggest trying to redistribute the load to ensure the washer is able to complete a spin cycle without becoming too imbalanced. Washing waterproof items may also prevent it from spinning and draining correctly, so is not recommended.
