“I got this for Christmas but the wall mounting bracket is wrong,if installed as directed it puts the back of the unit pointing down instead of against the back wall, which points the front of the unit up. Does anyone else see this? Samsung could not answe”

Hi Dan! The HW-A430 soundbar should be oriented with the Samsung logo on top and the ports on bottom. When powered on, you should be able to see the display of the soundbar from the front. The wall mount included with the HW-A430 will properly mount the soundbar in the correct orientation ensuring the speakers are facing forward instead of at the ground.
