“I'm 5'2" and can't reach the bottom of most large capacity washers. What is the height of this washer at the front where I would bend over, and what is the distance from there to the bottom of the basket. I can't go to the store and have to buy online.”

If you are 5’2 you will need a step stool to reach the bottom.

The height from the front is 37 inches From the bottom to the top of the basket is 26 inches
