QuestionHas Samsung improved on the smell that develops over time from usage on this model or others? How did it improve? I have had 2 front load washers and have not been able to get away from the smell, no matter how many bleach cycles or cleaning agents I use.

QuestionHow can I extend the drain hose of this model another 4-6 feet? The hose appears to be built into the back of the unit and cannot be unscrewed and replaced with a universal longer hose. Thanks!

QuestionI just had this washer and dryer set delivered. After washing a few loads at different temperature settings (cold or hot) all loads come out with the clothes hot and steamy. Is this normal or do I have a setting wrong? I don't want to shrink my clothes.

QuestionHow much space do you need (front to back) to accommodate the hoses, etc at the back? My closet is only 34" deep.

- Answer If you are putting a dryer in the same closet you need to have a minimum of 4" of extra depth beyond the depth of the dryer for the vent hose. If just a washer then 2" beyond the depth of the washer would work.

- Answer Depth is from the front of the item to the back, if you are measuring for placement remember to allow enough depth for hook ups that would be needed for the item to work correctly.

QuestionAnyone get the washers Access Point to work? It never shows up on my available network list either on IOS or Android devices. Worked perfectly for the dryer. I've read tons of complaints about this issue and haven't found a solution. Reaching out to you!
