Q: QuestionExactly when is the fabric softener dispensed,if I pick 3 rinses will it dispense in the third? From what I've been reading I understand always the first, which means I must purchase n use additional dryer sheets to my already used liquid fabric softener.

This is because the pedestal is only designed to hold the weight of one appliance and not both. Page 22 has a diagram with the dimensions of this model installed on a pedestal; and page 23 has a diagram with the dimensions of this washer stacked with the matching dryer. ^Jecca

Q: QuestionDespite my best efforts to remove dog and horse hair hair from our clothes, my current HE washer gets clogged and won't drain. The little door to access and and remove the clogs is on the bottom of the washer -- I want something easier to clean!

As the washer would already be connected to the water, it does not require any additional connections to use the steam feature. ^Jecca
