“I rec'd my washer yesterday, 12/5. Did my 1st medium load, while the machine was spinning, the whole washer was shaking heavily....I had a few things on top and they were thrown off the machine. I thought it had a vibration protection. Why???????”

Hi MaryB! Since your washer was just installed, checking for the shipping bolts would be my recommended first step. This link (https://bit.ly/2SZYaB3) can walk you through how to do this, as well as how to check any of the other possible causes for the shaking you're experiencing. ^Jecca
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Take out the shipping bolts in the back. They weren't just holding down the plug. They also hold the core steady during shipping to avoid damage. I had the same problem.
