• This is not an agitator, this is a High Efficiency impeller - more gentle on your clothes. It does have a faucet built into the tub for pre-soak and adding water. It also has a cycle for "Extra High Water Level: Ensure that all of your items are thoroughly soaked by selecting Extra High Water Level before starting your laundry"
