“How good is the 5451 at washing away pet fur? I have 3 cats and a 55 lb dog. The dog and one cat are longhaired. There is a lot of fur that gets on clothes, sheets, quilts, everywhere. I liked the filters on older washing machines that pumped the wash water through a plastic "brush" that could be pulled out and emptied. My current washing machine is terrible at getting the fur out. How does this model perform with fur?”

• I have a dog and cats (long hair). I can now wash a very fury dog bed and it comes out clean and fur free. That has been my exsperience so far... Hope this helps.

• Thanks for your interest. The WA5451 has not been tested for effectiveness on removing pet hair specifically, and it does not have a debris filter. - Ms. Samsung
