• We have a PS4 never experienced lag on it. I don't believe there is anything specific to gaming on it. We did like the fact that there are 2 HDMI ports on it. Hope this helps.

• Not sure about console but I have been usingnit to play games from my laptop and haven't experienced any noticeable lag.

• I would recommend a monitor with higher than 60Hz to minimize lag when used with Xbox One.
