I've had this tv for a little over 3 months. Recently it started having some problems. When i hit the on button, it take about 45seonds for the picture to come on, when it does come on at all. When the picture does come on the volume can't be adjusted at null

yes, my tv also takes a few seconds for the picture to show up; something about a "bypass juncture" installed at the factory, suppose to stop an overload on the picture screen from burning up! how & why? only Samsung knows...
