The UN40MU6300FXZA is the lower model of UN40MU7000FXZA . Both are still 4K Smart TVs but the UN40MU7000FXZA comes with HDR (High Dynamic Range) and the UN40MU6300FXZA doesn't. I bought the UN40MU6300FXZA and noticed (after owning it for about 2 months now) that none of the 4K 120HZ settings are turned on right out of the box. You have to go inside the settings of the TV and manually turn them all on. From what I've read the UN40MU7000FXZA is the better model TV. I don't know how it looks right out of the box after purchase. It will most likely benefit you more to pay the extra $100 for the UN40MU7000FXZA. In other words, learn from my mistake and finding out the hard way hahaha
