QuestionCan the noise reduction function be disabled?When you see the unit on display in the store, it is clear that there is a noise reduction function that's on because all of the fine details in the 1080 P image are not there. For example you can't see fine lines on a persons face. Cheaper models without this function do not have this problem. Is there a way to disable this function, and if so how do you do it?

- Answer i bought 3 of these tv's and all of the panels were made by samsung. however, one panel was defective and the others had smarts issues, so i returned them.

As per Bill's comment, does this model come with a "smart" remote that is easy to use? We are low tech seniors and would greatly appreciate having a remote that is easy to use.

- Answer When I purchase an electronics product from Best Buy with a value above $300 I always buy the BB extended warranty. The value is worth it as if and when there happen to be issues BB will either fix or replace the product immediately.

- Answer This TV DOES! have Bluetooth built in for, headphones, mouse and keyboard. Havent tried my laptop or cell phone on it yet but I don't see why it would Not work ;) . And Yes it has a record button on the bottom of remote :)
