• A:Answer It worked with my Wi-Fi at home and the kids are able to watch YouTube and their educational shows online. So I guess it will work with any Wi-Fi network. Good luck.

Q: QuestionThis model, connected to a DirecTv box, the screen blacks out every couple of minutes for a few seconds, then comes back on with the Smart TV logo. We don't use a DVR, and got a new box from DirecTv, hoping that would solve the issue. What is the fix?

• A:Answer Hi Keysfins, you'll want to unplug the TV from the outlet for 30 seconds to a minute; plug it directly into a wall outlet. You will also want to ensure the firmware is up to date (Menu>Support>Update Software). ^Rosi
