These televisions are all different, and are best for different applications. The UN40KU6290 (this product) is the 2016 model, and it is the only one out of the 3 you listed that supports 4K (3840 x 2160). The other 2 support 1080p (6290 is 4 times the resolution), and they are both the 2015 model. All 3 are Smart televisions. Picking out of these will be completely dependent on your application. If you are planning on having an extremely close viewing distance (ie: using this as a monitor), the 6290 is your best bet. Since the J5200 and KU6290 are the same price, there is absolutely no reason to purchase the J5200 at this moment. The UN40J6200 has a higher refresh rate (120 HZ panel vs 60 HZ like the 6290 and J5200). If you plan to use this with a further viewing distance (ie: bedroom, living room, etc.), the J6200 may be more desirable. The J5200/J6300 should be shown at your local Best Buy. The KU6290 will most likely not be on display, but the KU6300 will be (this is comperable).
