“Just purchased this tv and it seems that the picture is very dark, but when I go into settings and hit backlight it gets brighter. It stay bright for about 3 seconds then goes very dark again. Anyone have this problem or know how to solve this problem?”

• I had same problem. I called and it has an auto setting on it. Just turn on a light in the room snd it will adjust or turn off the auto setting.
