You have to go to setting and recalibrate the tv screen size settings. Make sure the 4 triangles points are at the edge of screen. Check to make sure they have calibrated if redo steps until screen is where you want it to be. P. S. You have to use tv remote, saying this so you won’t use other remote if you have them. Hope this helps
