All the dimensions are listed in the specifications on the site. It is 36.1" wide, 23.5" tall with stand (21.1" without) and 2.5" deep without stand (11.3" with). The cables (HDMI, Ant, etc) connect on the right side and are recessed enough to not stick out with reasonable bends. The power cable comes out the back, but has a right angle connector limiting the protrusion. I'd make sure you had a half inch or more to spare above those numbers.
