Hi Cyclone, Try turning off the ambient light detection, that will turn brightness down as the room gets darker. Home > Settings > General > Eco Solution > Ambient Light Detection (Automatically adjust the picture brightness based on the ambient light level) is OFF. Home > Settings > General > Eco Solution > Power Saving Mode (Reduce power consumption by adjusting brightness settings) is also turned OFF. ^Scott
