“Why won't the apps download from the app store? I'm connected to wifi, connection is strong, signed into samsung account, and when I select download it shows the load bar but doesn't ever load.”

I had this problem too. Had to delete app and reload. Wasn’t happy about this because it took me all day to figure out.
