Hi Frank! This chime may be notifying you of the Tap View feature, and this can be disabled. 1. Launch the SmartThings app on your mobile device. 2. Select Settings on the left in SmartThings app on your mobile device. 3. Set the "Tap View, Tap Sound" to off. If this does not resolve the issue, disable all Notifications from the SmartThings Settings.
