This TV sets on 3 points that fit within a 32.5" X-13.25" rectangular space. The face (screen) of the TV is approximately 4" or 5" from the front of a rectangular space. The 2 front legs of the base reach 16.25" to the left and right (total of 32.5") of the screen. The ends of the legs are 4" to 5" forward of the face of the screen. The back edge of the base (3rd point of support) is approximately 8.5" behind the surface of the screen. Hope this helps.

Legs/support are 33 inches wide tip to tip, and 13.5 inches front to back.
