Steve- Yes you can! The feature is called Multi Output Audio. You must first pair the headphones to the TV and then go in to Settings, General, Accesibility and find the Multi Output Audio selection. You can then adjust the headphone volume to your liking as well as the TV audio (or a soundbar if that is connected) for anyone else in the room. This feature is awesome! ^Cris

As far as I can tell this is not possible. I use a bluetooth speaker for my TV audio mostly and have always wanted the regular TV speakers to work at the same time. I know some TVs can do it (SONY) but I don't think this model can.
