Hi there! You can mount the 43Q60T with any wall mount with a VESA Standard of 200mm x 200mm. There are several different types of mounts; it sounds like you may be looking for a Full Motion wall mount. Don't know if this one can be. Best Buy should be able to answer that. I have a 55" on a bracket on the wall and it does go up and down and side to side.
