“How can you make sure that your subscriptions like Netflix, prime and hulu are showing in 4k. Upped my subscriptions to 4k. Tried to look in picture on settings but nothing comes up. Is it automatic for each function.”

Go into set up to find 4K or 12K they are separate not automatic.

Hi Wren! You do not need to enable anything on the Samsung TV to take advantage of 4K Streaming. Before you select the content you would like to watch, the provider may list what resolution it is available in. Look for 4K or UHD when browsing titles. You can also press the "123" button on your remote to access the "Info" option on the TV which may display more information regarding the source content. ^Tim
