“A Samsung rep (on Samsung.com chat) told me this was 120hz / FreeSync Premium etc. like the 50" +. Two other people say they also spoke to reps and got the same answer, but the specs and the answers on here suggest it is 60hz. Can anyone clear this up?”

Mike - I apologize for any misinformation you may have been provided. The 43" QN90A features Motion Rate 120 (60Hz Refresh); when stepping up to the 50" QN90A, you will gain Motion Rate 240 (120Hz Refresh) with additional gaming benefits. ^Gina
