Hi Leia, Yes, the Disney+ App is available on the TU690T TV. I also recommend ensuring your older Samsung TV has the most up-to-date Firmware, as it is possible that the app became available on a recent Software Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. ~Samsung Advisor
