QuestionI need a photo or diagram of connection ports!Hi all! I am adding a Bluetooth Transmitter to TV send TVs sound to Bluetooth speakers and headphones. I already have TV mounted onto the wall and unable to take down. I'm having a hard time trying to angle mirror etc to find the port I need. I can't find a diagram of the ports on this TV anywhere! Customer Service have been WONDERFUL they're trying to verbly describe but I'm still can't see accurately. Could someone perhaps post a photo for me please? Thanks!!!

QuestionHow do I get rid of the "soap opera effect" and still maintain an excellent picture?The best pictue seems to be when it is in the soap opera" mode which I do not like. How do I get the best picture without any fuzziness?

- Answer There is a 1/8" headphone jack on the back of the TV, but it is labeled as "Audio Out" and not "Headphone". So as far as I know you can use it as a headphone jack.

QuestionI want to add BluetoothI love this TV! Information most most do not have Bluetooth. I understand that I will need to get a "dual Bluetooth transmitter" So that two of us can use either headphone or speakers to bring sound by bed. There are so many to choose from! Strangely I haven't found available!able in store, All online. Seems that speakers need to have matching specs.Does anyone have suggestions for me of what I should get please?

- Answer As this model DOES NOT have Bluetooth I spoke to a Sàmsung technician who said that connecting a sound bar with Bluetooth or connecting a "transmitter" which will enable sound now to be transmitted via Bluetooth from TV to another Bluetooth device.He told me it needed to be connected by way of HDMI or toslink connections. Most transmitters enable Bluetooth to one device. As I wanted to connect two speakers to stream sound at the same time one needs a dual transmitter or carefully look for ones that specifically say to two devices at the same time. Beware of the saying 2 in 1 which usually means that unit will transmit and also receive. I have only found these onlineThey are available online at Best Buy as well as other online sites. The transmitter unit I chose was The Homespot. It transmits to two units and among other things comes with the ability to connect to any v by toslink AND a toslink audio cable as well.and is available for a reasonable price at Amazon.

- Answer I purchased a BOSE Solo 15 system a couple of weeks after I purchased this TV and currently use it with this TV. The TV has an optical output (digital) and a 1/8" jack output (analog). Either will connect to the BOSE unit and work very nicely. The speakers that come with the TV are fine, but as with just about every TV, the speakers aren't amazing. The BOSE system will certainly put out much better sound than the TV speakers. I almost always watch TV using just the TV speakers and I am completely happy with the sound they provide.

Questionfaint clicking sound when tv is first turned off, is this normal?Just got the TV and it makes a very faint clicking sound for about 25 seconds when first turned off and the back panel runs warmer than my other non UHD, Led TVs. Is this normal or has anyone else had this? Don't want to overreact b/c TV is perfect otherwise but not sure if I should be worried!
