I own this TV and I own an older Samsung that uses a Firestick. 
I can't swear that there aren't some apps on the Firestick that aren't already part of the Samsung Tizen Smart system, but if there are they are few and far between. Almost all of the most common apps (as well as some pretty obscure ones) are available through the built-in Tizen system. 
I doubt you will need your Firestick.
