“They told me at best buy you can use a iPad or smart phone app to be able to use a key board instead of using the existing remote that came with the TV. How can I be able to do this thanks”

We offer the Samsung Connect app http://www.samsung.com/global/galaxy/apps/samsung-connect/ which allows for the control of our Smart Devices, including our HDTVs, but it is only available for Android platforms. There may be third-party applications compatible with our TV that would be able to work with iOS devices, though. We would recommend performing research while paying close attention to reviews and ratings. Thank you for your time!
