“Is there any reason this TV cannot be mounted over a gas fireplace? I currently have a TV mounted over a plaster wall, brick fireplace so would only need the TV and new mount installed - the electrical and cable wires are present.”

• I had a 65” curved Samsung over a gas fire place in my last home. Look up Mantle Mount. Great value that allows you to lower the set to a good viewing height and swivel. The handle will even turn red if it gets too hot. This TV can easily be mounted with the same system.

• No problem mounting over your fireplace.. since it is already set up for it.. Just make sure the heat doesn't go straight up.. Above all use the RIGHT length bolts to install..
