The monitor comes with the equipment to be arm-mounted - I don't see why you wouldn't be able to jury-rig something for the wall. That said, this monitor is not light so something along the lines of a small TV wall mount might do the trick. I think you could probably get vertical wall-mounted rails that would do a great job of what you are looking to do. Good luck!
