No but look at page 33 regarding changing temperature for each load.

Please try again later.Unfortunately you cannot change the default setting, howevervto just use cold only get an adapter place it on the cold nozzle and the other 2 connect the hot water line and the cold water line to the adapter to eliminate the hot water. That is the only way i saw to make cold water the default.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried switching the hoses. For some strange reasons it doesn’t default to cold only if using the after you pause and fill with active jet . Set on hot can manually change temperature
