Yes, you can use pods in this washer.

I use them. You can put the liquid or powder in the tray, I just drop the pods in the tub with the clothes.

The link provided by Samsung has two contradicting responses. One says HE detergents must be used to not cause issue with the washer and the second says you may use pods with a caution toward homes with children and family members with dementia. It also states that the use of anything other than HE would require several cycles be run without washing to clean the mechanism. Which is it? Can pods be used without ill effect to the machine ? Thank you
