“Why can’t I get the hot water to run thru but the cold water does? Like we haven’t been able to run a rinse cycle yet bc we just found out they were both off then we turned on both and the hots not coming thru still.”

Sounds to me like you need to check with a plumber on the hot water source. It’s not the machines fault. Apparently your hot water supply is not truly hot water.
