Guide saddle is a part of the packaging which stops the drum from moving during transport. You don't have to fit it in the washing machine
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was having the same issue with mine, from other similar forums I seen that it was apart of the package that got caught up in it so the saddle support isn't part of the machine.
