I bought a Samsung front load several years ago... after 3 months and many loads of stinky laundry! I had a repair guy come out, twice! This was before they started selling the washing machine detergent! I didn't buy a machine that I needed to clean every 3 weeks! I don't recommend anyone buy a Samsung! I've had mine about 6 years. I thought maybe I got a lemon since my pump just went, but seeing this... I will not be purchasing another Samsung!!!!!!!! No more crying and cleaning for me! BTW... the repairman said, you should tun a cup of bleach on your sanitize cycle with low spin. And then I also did a refresh after w/ the bleach every 3 weeks! Pain in the @@@@@!GOOD LUCK!
