“Is it possible to set the water levele to "Deep Fill" as the default? Currently you have to press Deep Fill every time. I want to machine to always do Deep Fill by default, Thank you.”

Not every setting allows Deep Fill. Mine has a list at the top of the control panel that lets you see which ones to choose if you want deep fill.
