“I am having trouble washing towels and spinning. Everytime it gets ready to spin it gets off balance. I have to redistribute the towels and sometimes its still off balance. It seems like the tub has to much play in moving around. Help.”

Unbalanced load is a huge issue with this washer. Ask me how I know. The washer doesn't just pause when "ub" happens. It tries to rebalance the load by REFILLING the tub, spinning again. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. If you're not around to check, it's a huge water and power waste. Strong regrets buying this washer, as there's a bedwetter in my household who likes wrapping themself in their comforter. But that's something that doesn't even appear in the manual. I'm here looking for answers...
