  • QuestionDoes the glass top scratch? Can I put any weight on it - 25 pound or more dog food bag for example?

    • Answer Glass can scratch if the item is harder than the glass on the mohs scale. For instance a diamond is harder and would therefore scratch the glass. That being said, I don't think the packaging of dog food would scratch the glass, however I also wouldn't recommend placing it on the washer top either. The top slopes ever so slightly toward the front of the machine. When in the spin mode, I would suspect the dog food would slide right off of the top.

  • QuestionCan this washer be set up to use a warm rinse, vs a cold rinse? Hot water is 'soft' water, but cold water is 'hard' and that is reflected in the clothes when the cycle finishes and is a deal breaker for me.

    • Answer Yes! You can wash any size load. The machine senses the load size and only adds enough water for that load. My white and gentle loads are both very small.
