“I have this soundbar & the NU8000 TV connected to my Xbox One X. I have an HDMI cable from soundbar ARC to TV ARC then a HDMI from Xbox to HDMI on TV. I cannot get the soundbar to play 5.1, Dolby has a delay & DTS won't save. These are via Xbox settings.”

I have the xbox one x and also the same tv but I use an optical from tv to soundbar, and hdmi from xbox to tv. I believe if you are using 2 hdmi cables then you should go xbox to sounbar hdmi input. and soundbar hdmi output to tv hdmi input, as the soundbar has 4k pass through capability.
