“Sound when I play on my PS4 is amazing but when I switch over to Netflix or other video streaming apps the audio goes down. I have to turn the volume up twice as much. Anyone know the cause of this?”

I found that I had check and verify my sound eq didn't change. I.e. from surround to standard to game mode. The sound levels are a little bit different between one another.
