• I believe so. The sound bar becomes your TV's speaker. You have to go into the audio menu of your TV and select external audio option and turn off the TV's internal speakers. After that, I would expect your Spectrum cable remote will be able to adjust the sound bar volume.

• it works with my Directv remote, I would guess it would work with Spectrum
