“Q60T - Set up was simple via hdmi arc. subwoofer paired fine. The subwoofer is very weak, set EQ and woofer to +6 with no difference. I have played with all audio settings on the tv and resetting the id link several times with no success?”

I didn't have any issues with my system it all works great and the sound is awesome I would say you may have a bad subwoofer.

Updating the firmware on your soundbar gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. You can update your firmware ver. 1003.6 by using a USB device.
