Funny. I ordered this washer and the matching dryer and my dryer arrived with a giant dent in it. Apparently Best Buy does not follow up on its deliveries because I was forced to call the next day to find out how to exchange it for a new one. I, too, am disappointed in several aspects of this purchase and will be requesting some sort of compensation for the hassle. But I would begin by calling Best Buy.
