• Hello there, No, you can use the all-in-one washer and dryer combo even without an internet connection. The all-in-one washer and dryer does not rely on an internet connection to operate. Having an internet connection on this model allows you to use the Smart Care feature via the SmartThings app and the SmartThings feature, which enables you to control your washer and dryer remotely.
