“Why does my washer take so much longer than the timer says? Anywhere from an 8 minutes to an hour more. I wash like loads, one day I washed 4 pair of jeans, same size, same brand, it still took forever. Even an empty load was off on time. I'm very unhappy”

Hi there, I can answer this for you. When washing a load of laundry in our washer, you will need to make sure that the smallest load is roughly 3-5 pounds of like fabric. The reason for this is smaller loads will not distribute evenly in the spin cycle and the washer will dispense more water and try to disperse those clothes. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad
