“Does this model have "True" convection? and I am looking for BLACK not necessarily BLACK SS ?”

Hi suz, We appreciate your question about the oven's convection fan (true convection). This range is not true convection. The convection fan does not have a heating element. This range also comes in 2 color finishes Stainless Steel and Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel. I I couldn’t answer that. But I will say it’s the worst oven I have even cooked with. The right side is hotter and I have to turn my food. I would never recommend this oven. It replaced a kitchen aid and I regret not just getting another one. That was true convection!
