“Can somebody answer me how to increase or decrease oven temperature when the oven is on already? For example the temperature is 400 F* and I want to decrease it to 350 F* Thank you”

I'm happy to help with this, TheB! If the oven is already set to a temperature, and you want to change the temperature, you'll need to press the mode button ("bake","roast",etc) first, then input the new temperature.
