Is the griddle cast iron? Is it reversible? null

The griddle accessory that comes with the NX58H5650WS is ceramic-enamel coated cast aluminum, and is one-sided. Samsung does make a reversible cast iron griddle that comes with some other models, such as the NX58H9500. I would suggest calling 800-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG for information and availability of this part. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung

It is non stick surface, so you can not flip it over. I believe it is cast iron, it is very heavy. Nothing sticks, it is great. There are no grooves it is flat.

It's not cast iron...but heavy and ccks evenly. Very easy to clean.
