“Does the conversion bake and conversion roast function on this oven auto correct for recipe temperature. Do I have to correct the temperature the recommended 25 degrees lower for convection cooking or do these functions do it for you?”

Hi KathyL, the oven automatically adjusts the temperature for convection baking with the Convection Auto Conversion feature. Yes the convection feature can be set to auto correct.
